The introduction of the Guided by Wright tour gives visitors a unique, multi-sensory experience using old recordings of Wrights own voice, according to the release. Wrights words move guests throughout the space, the release said, and allows people to explore his connection to nature, poetry and art, and other philosophies which inspired his architecture. A number of completed reinterpretation and restoration projects at Wrights living laboratory were also completed, according to the release. Guests will also be able to see modern architecture in action with H&S International operating out of the facilitys drafting studio. A unique outdoor event is scheduled to take place at Taliesin West on April 3 featuring short modern dance vignettes inspired by the connection between Wrights architecture at Taliesin West and the surrounding Sonoran Desert landscape, according to the release, with more events to take place in the future as COVID-19 vaccines increase.
