According to TMZ , the Rack City rappers case was refused by the Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office and has instead been passed to the Los Angeles City Attorneys Office, meaning he wont be charged with a felony because only the D.A.s Office can file felony charges. However, Tyga (real name Michael Stevenson) is not off the hook just yet; he could still be charged with a misdemeanor by the City Attorneys Office.
