Maria Cortes Gonzalez El Paso Times El Paso's Khalid, country singer Kane Brown and R&B duo Chloe x Halle will headline a virtual concert to kick off the U.S. Open on Aug. 28. Chase is promoting the virtual concert to be at 5 p.m. Friday. The U.S. Open will be Aug. 31 through Sept. 13 in New York City.
