The bakerys owner, Maurice Hill, said his employees had just waited on Dolph when bullets rang out from a white Mercedes-Benz. The 36-year-old rapper, who was in town for his annual turkey giveaway at St. James Missionary Baptist Church, ultimately succumbed to his injuries. Despite Young Dolphs murder, Paper Route Empire artist Snupe Bandzand other supporters stepped up and helped execute the event, promising to continue it for years to come.
