The Source | Kanye West Breaks Apple Music Record Again with 2nd Stream Event. Kanye West is continuing to make history.
Billboard reported Thursday that Kanyes second DONDA listening party broke the record for the most-watched Apple Music event in history. According to reports, the listening session was streamed by nearly 6 million viewers. That figure smashes the previous record of over 3 million viewers. Which, coincidentally, was set by Kanyes first event on July 23rd. Before that, Jeezy and Gucci Manes Verzuz battle set the record with just under two-million views in November 2020. Sources say the DONDA listening party generated over 1.1 million tweets at its peak, outpacing Twitter activity for the 2020 MTV VMAs.
